Role Description
This is a full-time (part-time possible) on-site role for a dual-function HR Manager | Office Manager, located in Santa Clara, CA. The role entails overseeing HR management activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement, while maintaining compliance with company policies. It also involves managing benefits administration, spearheading training and development programs, and implementing company-wide HR initiatives. Additionally, the Office Manager responsibilities include managing day-to-day office operations and fostering a collaborative and efficient workplace environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices and HR Management
- Experience in Benefits Administration and HR Policies
- Skills in Training & Development for team growth and productivity
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Ability to work collaboratively and lead team-oriented initiatives
- Familiarity with employment laws and compliance requirements in California
